The Closing, the Keys and the Gift? A few of the many reasons I love selling homes in Woodinville

Once you have mutual, your closing can be scheduled for 30 days out, or 180, or somewhere in between, or not.  The funny thing is, regardless of how much notice you have, things get interesting in the final hours no matter how prepared everyone is.  There is always a rush it seems and sometimes it goes smoothly, sometimes not.  The important thing is what it is all leading up to, which also happen to be two of my favorite parts of being an agent, handing over the keys and providing a great closing gift.

What I am referring to when I say handing over the key's, is that one moment when you get to hand over the keys to a satisfied client. They light up with joy and have a smile from ear to ear.  Nothing is better to me than giving them permanent access to their new home in Woodinville.  It never gets old and it's a great feeling to know that you have played an integral part in quite possibly one of the biggest decisions in one's life.  Every agent has their reasons for getting into real estate, providing someone with their next dream home is mine and there is nothing more important than a satisfied client.

To continue on the satisfied client path, I also mentioned a great closing gift.  I feel that it's not just the service I have provided is important, but a closing gift is our chance to show our clients that they were important to us, we were attentive to their needs, and also have an interest in them as a person.  A great closing gift goes a long way.  Please note, I am not referring to a gift basket of Hickory farms cheese and salami.  I am also not referring to something branded with "Looking for a home in Woodinville? Kevin is your guy" blah blah blah. Although we do have beautiful homes here and if you would like to see them, click HERE.  I am referring to something that will stand out and have some meaning.  They already know that I helped them purchase their new home, now I want them to know that I actually care about my clients and pay attention to what's important to them.  Think outside of the box on this, it's not about how much you spend, but rather how much thought you put into it.

I would love to see everyone's most meaningful/favorite gift they have given to a client?
