Hi Kevin, A few years ago our local museum featured a midcentury architecture in Spokane exhibit.  I never paid much attention to the style because I grew up with it.  Now, when I see it, such as in your new listing, I'm quite impressed by its minimalist nature. The lines are so clean and simple.  I predict that someone is going to really enjoy moving into this great home very soon.
